What to craft with old cds

I am gathering up my old cds for crafts and know I'm going to make some coaster out of some of them for christmas but what other ideas do you have that is fun and creative??? I looked online and found some things but I want YOUR ideas!!! Thanks so much... Elizabeth

An event location in town used them to cover a huge fish as scales for a play area for the kids.

Tiny pieces of broken CDs can be really neat looking glued on flowers pots, or on/as garden decorations-they reflect the light and it's super cool.

I have seen wind chimes made from CD. They were very nice.

Hang them in trees or posts near the garden to keep birds away.
