How to prune rosebush?

Trimmed a few weeks ago to get rid of crossing branches, but it has gone crazy. not sure whether to prune more or just let it grow

Vigorous growth in a rose would be considered a good thing, I would think. If there aren't crossing canes and it has a relatively open habit that allows for good air circulation, I think you should just celebrate your success as a rose grower.
