When is the best time of year to install a pool? When can you get the best price?

The only pools I have experience with are the 4' dia plastic kind from our local hardware store...With 9 months of winter most pools ( if built) in my neck of the woods would be more like hockey rinks...I fact we have an outdoor rink that doubles as tennis courts in our 3-4 months of summer. As far as prices go you will need to contact some pool builders in your area to get an idea of seasonal variations..some may due it other may not.
