Anyone know what these plants are? Found them in our wooded area. The shrub flowers look like azalea I think.

I recently had to do some extensive repairs ( electrical wiring replacements) where squirrels had gotten into a ceiling space. The attic had a few "entries" where squirrels were getting in, these were covered with metal hardware cloth (coarse wire screen) and then sealed with spray foam.
