I've never known pure vanilla extract to go bad.
Has alcohol in it, it will not go bad.
Gets better with age, just like we ladies do ;)

I'm speaking about Pure Vanilla Extract, the good stuff that is quite spendy, unless you make it yourself, which I do. That? Doesn't go bad. ;) Just keep it in a dark, dry cool place. And here is a Vanilla place in Canada that might be easy for you to contact:
Actually, alcohol is used as a preservative, with almost never having an expiration date, vanilla extract no exception.
