TV Cabinet to China Cabinet

I love to save old furniture! So when my brother was getting rid of his old TV cabinet, I knew that I could make it into something useful. I love this new china cabinet in my dining room!

The doors of the cabinet slide back inside.

I needed to build a free standing shelving unit.

Since the shelves are quite wide, I used my new Kreg tool to attach two boards.

Some chalk paint and stencils finish the look.

The drawer is lined with fabric.

I think it is to allow room for the doors to slide in when they are opened.

would not have believed it if I hadn't seen the before/after. Just beautiful. Especially with the wording What stencil brand is that?

The door stencils are "stencil ease" #SS02192 from Hobby Lobby. The knobs are also from there. The "Herbes de Provence" is a stencil from ArtisticStencilDesigns.com

Where did you buy your stencils ...I've been looking for some to adhere to a floor rug I'm painting for the patio
