Stupid but pretty pink flowers

I am going for this asian inspired front yard but the birds are leaving these seeds for these pretty pink flowers that I would love to have elsewhere but can't weed out for my life in the front yard. It's like a vinca. It's really invasive and by the end of the summer, you can't see anything else. Any ideas on how to move it or get rid of it?
