DIY ~ Blooming Topiary

This is an easy, but quite striking floral arrangement perfect for your summer dining or picnic table.
For this arrangement you will need the following materials:
a clay pot & saucer with a plastic insert
3 stems of tall yellow lilies (forms the topiary)
bupleurum (greens), delphinium, alstroemeria, waxflowers to fill in the base
a butterfly or bird can be added as an accent
raffia or ribbon as desired to tie the lilies together
* a variation can be made using long stemmed gardens flowers for the topiary and herbs and other blooms for the base.

~ Blooming Topiary ~
Step # 1 ~ trim & wet oasis, fit into plastic container then place into clay pot
Step # 2 ~ Hold three long stemmed lilies together , trim and push into the center of the oasis then tie together with raffia or ribbon
Step # 3 ~ Fill in the oasis with greens and flowers & add an accent
Enjoy your Blooming Topiary on your inside or outside dining table!
