Where do I find or how do I make my own parts for a tea cart?
Yesterday picked up a vintage tea cart off the curb. There are a few tiny parts missing that secure the wheels onto the cart. One part that's missing is an endcap to the wooden wheels to keep them from sliding off. The other part would be any pieces to secure the brass wheels to the front of the cart. Any ideas where I might find them?
