new door

bought a brand new Mahogany door unfinished , delivery is today , we want a clear coat , non yellowing sealer ?What do you suggest ?

Mary, the company 'Last and Last' makes an excellent water based marine spar varnish that dries water clear. I special order this through our local Sher-Wms. store because I like it so much. By nature the product goes on thin, so apply several coats. The satin finish works best for showing off the wood not the varnish. Best, Charles

interior or exterior ? I have been using a Satin wiping poly for interior and Sikkens Cetol 1 for exterior
