Reupholstered Leather Chair

I just recently began replacing the seat backs on my theater seating. Yes, it looks like a sofa, but the seats are actually individual chairs. So, I am labeling this as a leather chair repair, but the process would work for a sofa as well.
The entire process can be found on my blog, link below.
This is what has started happening to these chairs. The leather was peeling. It originally began with the seats, which I replaced about 6 months ago. I knew at the time that I would eventually need to replace the seat backs as well. Even if they didn't peel, they still looked worn when compared to the fresh new seats.
This is the final outcome for this one section. I will be doing the same steps on the remaining sections sometime in the very near future. It took me just a couple of hours to do this one seat back, from start to finish. However; I have done many, many reupholster jobs in the past. So, to be fair this would probably take a newbie 4-6 hrs total (assuming that the job is not rushed). Most of that time is spent on disassembly.
What the seat back looks like after detaching from the frame.
Before: The pitiful looking interior stuffing for the seat back. The picture doesn't really do this justice. It looked way worse in person.
After: I revived the cushion guts. This made the seat back have that new plump look and feel.
The total cost for the materials to complete all of the chairs ran less than $100. That includes the seats that I had already finished previously, and this seat back and the seat backs that are yet to come. Since these theater seats originally cost over 2K, and my husband claims that there are no other sets as comfortable, I think this was a good deal.

I hope that my work help someone with their own leather seating.
