It's been here year round and the leaves have dark red very small veins. I thought it might be a chard but not sure. Now it has flowered and is seeding out. The stems are green not red.

Does anyone has any idea what it might be?

Carol, your photos are so small that I can't really tell. Did you take a photo of the flower? What did it look like?

The leaves remind me of Mandavilla, a topical climber. I buy them every year because they climb & trail so prettily by my outdoor patio areas.

Yes, I agree with Angie. It looks like the mandevilla vine which are sold in our area as an annual. Once it starts to bloom it keeps blooming until late summer. One year I brought on inside for the winter. Sad to say, it did not make it. I like the pink and the yellow. Hope it blooms for you!

This doesn't vine, and it grows like spinach and is seeding out like spinach or mustards with a lot of tiny white flowers. It has been in my planter year round and the cold doesn't seem to bother it.

It could be a vegetable called mache. The French eat it like lettuce. I have grown it but didn't care for it. And it loves cool weather.
