One of my favorite things about spring is seeing the beautiful blooms blossoming on trees this time of year. The blooms from magnolia trees are certainly one of the prettiest around. Recently, I decided to create a flower ball using silk magnolia flowers!
This beautiful and simple craft project only consists of a few key steps. They include:
1) Gluing a ribbon (tied loop) into a tiny hole in foam ball.
This beautiful and simple craft project only consists of a few key steps. They include:
1) Gluing a ribbon (tied loop) into a tiny hole in foam ball.
2) Placing glue in cut tips of magnolia silk flower before inserting into foam ball.
3) Placing all blooms into foam ball leaving narrow gaps between each stem. This way, white foam does not show.
This is how the magnolia flower ball looks once all complete. Looks pretty hanging from ceiling!
It looks just as nice being placed on a cake stand. :)
