My " Family " Sign.

Love working on projects with wood. Finding old pieces and make them beautiful again makes me happy like a little kid. In a month I will be moving to another house and I want to change the style of a new home. Those the colors I would like to have in my living room.
After sanding the wood, I spray painted each panel different color ...... ivory silk, lagoon, fossil and granite. Glue them together.
Also used smaller size panels and glue them on the back for better hold.
Got small wooden letters at Wall- Mart and sprayed them in granite (gray) color
Using wood glue I glue the letters on the top the board.
I had 2 photo frames left from other project, they were painted ivory color chalk paint and distress. I glue them to the board.
I have lots of pictures of my boys, but I want to make something different so I cut heart shapes from burlap and glue them inside the frames.
And this is how I made my new pictures for my new house. love it.
