I need some idea how to get the white that looks like milk from the inside of antique karafs (bottles).

You can also put a little water, a few tablespoons of salt, and an ice cube, swirl it shake it, whatever you need until the ice has melted, then pour it out, rinse it, and go again until it's clean. This acts as a strong abrasive for getting the gunk out, but not strong enough to scratch the glass.

As a waitress that has cleaned more than my share of regular karafs. I just put a bunch of ice in them. poured a bunch of salt on it and swirl it around. does an amazing job.
