I have been wanting to start a succulent garden for a while and my grandson (bless his heart) agreed to buy me some for Mother's Day.
Bought four little pots of four different succulent plants. (Had purchased the three way pot at a dollar store hoping) put totally dry soil in the big pot (after using a hammer and nail to make holes, which of course cracked the plastic in a larger hole than planned.) At first I just stood there trying to think what to do, ah ha moment, have fish tank rocks. So put those to help hold soil. Filled the pot about 3/4s the way full as plants are babies, positioned plants and finished filling pot. Soaked the soil cause was dry, added shells, and little rabbit holding sign saying "welcome to my garden". Couple days later I aquire the other two succulent plants and the windmills.
