You can fairly easily re-web them, Dyanne, and they will be as good as new. There are kits for it that are quite inexpensive. If they don't appeal to you these days, I can assure you there is a whole retro crowd out there that will like them, so you could sell them on Craigslist or eBay. Here's a blog with how-to's:

Ditto @Douglas Hunt Even if you don't care for the webbing look they are a great base for adding cushions to, though my MIL used a soft nylon rope/yarn to re weave theirs some years ago.
