Closet Turned Laundry Folding Nook
We had a bi-fold door closet in our laundry room that was never used. We made a laundry folding nook for about $40 with wood from Home Depot. The doors were so easy to remove! Much smarter use of space.

Now there's space to fold laundry, put back packs, or lay my purse & coffee while I put on my coat.
