3po3 on Apr 27, 2012You're not alone. We pretty much always have to plant everything around Mother's Day, even though this year has been really warm (like everywhere else). I keep telling my neighbors there is going to be a late snowstorm, but I am running out of time to be right.Helpful Reply

Douglas Hunt on Apr 28, 2012The urge to get things in the ground and get them growing is very strong, especially in a season like this. But there are bound to be reminders of what time of year it really is, like you are getting with your freeze warning, so it is always best to follow the traditional last freeze date for your area for cold-sensitive plantings.Helpful Reply
