I assume you mean Japanese honeysuckle, Mary Ann, not our native twining honeysuckle. (In the case of honeysuckle if it smells good it's bad.) The National Park Service has manual and chemical suggestions here:
You may have to move! We are fight ivy! I hate the stuff and neighbors on both sides of us planted it and never tended it. Douglas, I am going to look at this site you suggested.
