My French Provincial Nightstand

I found this nightstand at a local antique flea mall for around 40 dollars and it was exactly what i wanted and it took me several months to finally find one. But only problem it is ugly with some weird faux wood grain going on so it started out like this...
For this project I used Country Chic Paint Paint for this project in a color called lazy linen. Before I started painting I used their beeswax distressing bar around edges and natural places that would distress over time to make it easier when I distress the piece.
after that I painted all of the night stand in lazy linen and it took about 2 coats to the coverage I wanted. Then I choose the color called elegance for the drawer, I wanted it to have a bit of a contrast and the elegance color almost matched perfectly to half of my wall color!
After all the painting I lightly distressed the nightstand and used natural wax on whole thing except for the drawer. I wanted the blue to be a little more muted so I used Country Chic's white wax over the drawer.
