Bought this 1970s night stand for $4 - it had seen better days!
The top was in bad shape, but I suspected that there was good wood hidden underneath - and there was!
After sanding the top and the drawer, I painted the rest with blue chalk paint.
My cat took a nap in the drawer while I was painting the cabinet!
After staining the drawer and top, I added a poly finish. Very happy with the end result of this redo!
The before and after photos!
