Queen Size Vintage Door Headboard

We've worked with a lot of old doors over the years. Each one of them will have it's pwn sort of charm. It never ceases to amaze us that with each headboard we make our Customers know exactly what they want in their vintage door and when they see it - it's love at first site.
Nothing was different about this one - except for the blue green color. We've documented the before and after pics so that you can see the transformation take place.

First - The old door is chosen from our inventory by our Customer. Next we cut it to size - in this case to fit a Queen size bed. Sides, legs and our signature crown molding shelf are added.
Next - the Customer lets us know the amount of paint they'd like us to remove. We then seal the door with 4 to 5 cotes of sealer to keep it looking the same for years to come.
The last step is color matching the legs, sides and top.
This is the final product. Our Customer was very happy!!!
