Dollar Store Fence Swag

Love to decorate my gorgeous fence...especially at this great $1 store price.
Dollar store tablecloths, only printed on the edges and are white in the middle.
Trim off the end while still folded to get 2 useable printed pieces. Discard the white middle and use the 1" trimmed off part as ties.
After the cut I tied sections to my fence...
I cut these into separate pieces, so I got 3 weights for my $1.
Example of separation...
Another example...
Use some of the tie material from above step.
This is a weight to hold it down in the wind.
Lovin' it...
Really lovin' it...
Just gotta say, "YAY"!!!
Picture perfect for a total price of $10!

I seem to be missing a step on the page about the weights. Where did they come from and what do you mean about cutting them for 3 weights? Love how this looks!

Dollar Store Fence Swag------ how many tablecloths are needed? What did you use as the actual swag part., looks like fabric and lastly how to make the weights?

Dollar Store Fence Swag. Did I miss something? The actual swag itself , the part wrapped on the fence is what? Looks like fabric.
