Veggie Garden Seed Packet and Flowerpot Wreath

I'd been wanting to make my own rendition of the popular "flower pot wreath", so I whitewashed some small clay flowerpots and tied them to a grapevine wreath with gardener's twine. They are filled with mosses and some faux boxwood sprigs, and could be changed out with each season. Vintage Seed Packet Labels (you can also just download some seed packet images) attached to shipping tags were added (tied on) for some colorful seasonal fun.
