Furniture Makeover Using Paint and Metallic Cream

3 Materials
I gave this old side table and chair a little glamorous makeover by using some lovely contrasting colours and metallic cream to give a pearlescent effect, I then added some lovely DIY door knob to give it an extra bling and re-upholstered the seat in matching colour fabric!
Beautifully transformed
First clean & slightly sand the wood. Remove the seat and the old fabric.
Metallic creams, I used the silver bullet (bright silver jar)
Painted using two contrasting colours. The beautiful shimmer was achiever by rubbing the silver metallic cream over the legs and lighter paint
the 'blinged up' door knob
Close up!

When I read the comments on this project I was shocked that no one said anything about using what appears to be "Antiques" that you ruined by painting them. I love this and they are YOUR pieces to cherish and give them new life. Beautifully done!
