Garage Sale Finds Get a Glamorous Makeover With Country Chic Paint

As a participant in May's Fab Furniture Flippin' Contest, our challenge was to give a piece of furniture a "Bling Bling!" makeover. Sounds daunting? Not when the sponsor is Country Chic Paint and you're using their Metallic Cream!
With it's interesting details, cute legs and amazing hardware, this little table has potential. Notice the stained top and it's neglected state? If ever a piece needed a Hollywood makeover, it's this piece!
The only prep work I did was clean the little table with TSP Substitute. Then I taped off the drawer and gave it two coats of Country Chic's "Liquorice" all-in-one paint.
Time to call in the Glam Squad (aka Country Chic Metallic Cream). Using my finger, I lightly rubbed a little of the cream on any raised surfaces. It's that simple!
I wanted to see how the metallic cream worked using a brush, so a garage sale piece of art also got a little "Bling Bling!"
