Turning a plain piece of glass into something beautiful with Unicorn SPiT!
I started with the dishwasher safe Modge Podge applying with a small brush and let dry. While waiting, grab a bottle of UNICORN SPiT, with the lid off, smelling the Jasmine in the air with a glass of tea and listen to the birds chirp.
Picking out the colors is an exciting part because you can feel the creative juices beginning to flow. I chose Purple Hill Majesty, Zia Teal, Blue Thunder, Lemon Kiss, White Ning,
Feeling adventurous, I thought I'd try something different, especially when I turn around and almost trip over the hose that goes to my air compressor. Light Bulb moment!
Doing that first blast of air from the compressor was invigorating, seeing all that color and the air filled with the wonderful smell of Jasmine. Love how when I use my Unicorn SPiT my garage smells like a field of flowers.
I just kept moving the nozzle around letting the air move the Unicorn SPiT in different directions until I was happy with what I saw.
At this point I was happy. So I set it aside and let the magic begin with it drying.
Once dry I wanted to add a little something extra. I got out some of my white Webbing Spray (purchase at Hobby Lobby) and just let it go where it wanted. Didn't take long for that to dry. I loved the crackle that I got from where the air had blown it in higher peaks.
Now time to apply the vinyl, which says Your Wings Already Exist All You Have To Do is FLY. Once completed I apply a second coat of Formby's Tung Oil Finish to make sure the vinyl stays in place and to give it even a 3 D effect.

I was completely blown away when I went to put my Unicorn SPiT glass creation in its frame. I wanted it to be like stained glass so I wasn't going to put a back on it when I put it back in the frame. When I turned it around to push the glass holders up against the glass..it stopped me in my tracks because it showed the layout of how I put the SPiT before I used the air compressor. I love both sides now. I am now going to have to find a different frame so that it can be hung from the top and twirl. 2 pieces of art..in one.

I so appreciate that Ann. Creating something like this is not hard when you have such a versatile product like Unicorn SPiT to work with and add to the fact of how wonderful it makes your studio/home smell like Jasmine.

Hi, beautiful Art, When you put the Webbing Spray on how exactly did you do it to make it look cracked but no too much? At the end where each color is brightly shown is that because of the Tung Oil Finish? Can you also suggest where to get an air compressor at a reasonable price, if so is there is a certain # you need to put the compressor on when blowing on your spit? This is going to be a new type project for me, but all excited about doing it.
