DIY Father's Day Caddy

1 Material
This DIY Father's Day Caddy was made with reclaimed wood we had on hand, a broken shovel handle and a really cool bottle opener.
Do you ever come up with an entire project just for something small you want to add to it? I do it all the time. It can be some amazing hardware I find, a piece of fabric or a great iron bottle opener like this project!!!
We used reclaimed wood to make these and cut them in the measurements below to make our caddy. You can make these any size you want.
After you have your pieces cut, it is just an easy assembly. Put the pieces together and use a nail gun to attach them.
We always use broken garden tools for handles on pieces. We cut the handle to this broken shovel and used that for the caddy handle.
Once you have the caddy put together, add the iron bottle opener to one side and you are done. (Find out where I got the bottle openers in my blog post.)
We added a divider in the middle of this caddy, but made a few more without it. You can customize these any way you like and fill them with whatever the guy on your Father's Day list likes; BBQ items, tools, snacks, beer, pop, etc. The best part.... you can use these caddies for so many things after Father's Day!
