Upcycle to a Old Antique Window Frame....

$60.00
3 Hours
Easy
This antique window frame has seen better days but I knew I could make it into a gorgeous upcycled wall decor.
I love the original finish on the frame and wanted to do something unique and 'one of a kind' to the inside of the frame.
I added some purebond plywood that I had left over in the garage. Glued and nailed it to the frame.
Used Prima Marketing paper clay in Iron Orchid Design molds. Glued them down with timbermate.
Painted 3 different Heirloom Traditions paint colors and distressed.
Used Iron Orchid Designs new transfers.
So easy to use! Once paint is dry. Just lay the image down where you want it. Rub it into the chalk type paint with a flat tool. Pull back and "waa-laa".
I used 3 different tinted waxes from Heirloom traditions paint to match the 'new' inside to the original finish on the frame.
Added an antique glass knob for an extra pop!
