Planting sprouted potatoes

I'm in zone 7b (I think). is it too late to plant sprouted potatoes? I found these organic ones hiding in the bottom of my pantry!! hah... http://instagram.com/p/a9urj9toz6/ Got any tips for me?

I think it's too hot right now. I would wait and try to get a fall crop.

Thanks Douglas. Do I just put these spuds back in the bottom of my pantry until Fall, or will they not last until then and I should compost them?
