Living Room...almost finished.

The latest in our house remodel. Living room is almost finished...just a few baseboards to install. We moved walls, retextured, painted (19' ceilings and walls), new flooring, furnishings, rugs, etc., all for under $4000, including the furniture, accomplished by bargain shopping, garage sales, estate sales, auctions, craig's list, and doing the work ourselves.

New Concrete entry step formed. Electrical included for step lights.
Wall stripped and entry to kitchen ready to move
Entry to kitchen moved and pot shelf coming out to expand the space, and make the kitchen on the other side more usable.

New Drywall Texture in progress
Painting 19' ceillings and walls (don't try this at home)
New Light fixture and 3-color paint scheme
