I have never seen a black petunia, and was just thinking that next spring maybe I will take a trip to Palmyra and we could go to your garden center. i would love to get some!
That is new to me, too. It's a really interesting look. Almost looks velvety.
Yes, they read black with just a slight hint of purple. Like black velvet with a sheen. I saw them at Home Depot or Lowes and used them as part of a UGA garden for a client.
Yes, we've had them here in NY. Marvelous!
Yes I have those and also the black pin striped ones. They are so pretty!
Wow. I've never seen one before. Do you have a close up?
@Miriam I, Sorry I don't have a close up, I'll try to get one soon.
@Terri J, That would be great!
OK, no rush. I'd love to share a picture of one on our facebook page. It's so special!
Love these but have never seen them in NC !
I've never seen them before and they are beautiful! I love them and as long as you pinch back the dead flowers, they will soon begin to overflow! Who's your favorite garden center --can't be Home Depot or OSH !!!
Yes, I have been waiting for 2 years for them since I saw them in Better Homes and Gardens. I paired mine with "lemonade" petunias...a soft yellow with a very soft outline on the perimeter of pink. Lovely little plants!
Yes i have. Planted them in the middle of a large container with a white flowers all the way around. Going to be awesome. Purchased at Kaw Valley Greenhouses.
Just beautiful. Glad to know about them.
We grow them in Canada. It blooms like any other kind of petunia all summer long.
