Virtual Garden Tour (Sort Of)
Empress of Dirt - Melissa in a comment on one of my posts suggested that I might offer HT readers a "virtual tour" of my urban garden! I was truly flattered; and in my response to her suggestion, I mentioned that the closest thing I've done to giving a virtual tour was producing a Virtual Story (mini movie) called "The Kiwi Speaks! Fifteen Minutes of Fame . . . almost," in which one of my kiwi vines* narrated his accounting of life in my roof extension garden. I've included a link** to my Virtual Story within this posting, in the event that you'd like to see it! However, the kiwi's story is over a year old, and a sequel is long overdue as there have been many changes, which I wrote about in a review series within TLLG's Blogger Pages that spanned a number of days beginning with January 5th, 2013 (@ http://www.thelastleafgardener.com/2013/01/another-year-over-and-new-one-just-begun.html) AND ending on January 20th 2013 (@ http://www.thelastleafgardener.com/2013/01/another-year-over-and-new-one-just_20.html).
*Unlike other plants that undergo rigorous winterizing methods, The Kiwi Vine thrives year round in its natural state, making it an excellent narrator for the garden.

Patricia great video! Thanks for sharing. Did the big white flowers belong to the Kiwi too. They are beautiful!
