Hello I moved into my condo about a decade ago and my bathroom fixtures were all standard builders grade, nothing fancy. I would like to gradually change out the toilets (I have three bathrooms) and am wondering what brand do you recommend for the toilet. I would want to spend around $250-300, nothing extravagent.

I just installed a dual flush American Standard for a client in condo remodel. It was only about 150 or so...and for her she got a rebate from the city for a water reduction unit.($75) so the net cost was even better.

  • Kohler, American Standard, Moen, etc... all have great toilets in that range - with that look for a WaterSense labeled one (saves money on water & works as well if not better than ones using more) & probably "comfort" height unless the condos are full of families with small children

KOHLER, REASON. QUALITY, DRAIN IS GLAZED THROUGH OUT, DRAIN HOLE IS LARGER, EASTALL.. LAST FOR YEARS, SPEC'D BY MANY ARCH & CONTRACTORS IN BITS ON HIGHER END JOBS, WATER SAVING, BUT HAS THE POWER TO FLUSH EXTRAMENT W/ 1 FLUSH.. NOE.. DO NOT PUT BLEACH OR ANY WEL CLEANER IN THE TANK,IT DESTOYS THE SEALS, AND YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS AT SOME PPOIT, IF USED DIRECT APPLICATIOON TO BOWEL
