Hello I moved into my condo about a decade ago and my bathroom fixtures were all standard builders grade, nothing fancy. I would like to gradually change out the toilets (I have three bathrooms) and am wondering what brand do you recommend for the toilet. I would want to spend around $250-300, nothing extravagent.

I just installed a dual flush American Standard for a client in condo remodel. It was only about 150 or so...and for her she got a rebate from the city for a water reduction unit.($75) so the net cost was even better.
  • Kohler, American Standard, Moen, etc... all have great toilets in that range - with that look for a WaterSense labeled one (saves money on water & works as well if not better than ones using more) & probably "comfort" height unless the condos are full of families with small children
