Diseased plants

I have planted in a pot an Angel Trumpet plant. I get leaves and flowers but all the leaves have yellow circles and eaten spots. I have no idea what to treat this plant for but its something internal because small new leaves that are tiny start having the same problem even though they don't have holes in them yet.

Are you sure you don't have spider mites? They can be very hard to see. Look closely under the leaves. Otherwise, how much are you watering the plant? Is it in sun or shade?
