I FOUND THAT ( BAR KEEPERS FRIEND) works GREAT ! Mix with a little water. It makes a paste. Put on marker spots. and rub.
I've used hair spray on ink mark on my furniture and wiped up that mark with a white towel. I know that alcohol will clean up a SHARPY marker marks.
Surgical Spirit,
Rubbing Alcohol
Alcohol is not only effective in cleaning piercings and disinfecting surfaces, but it is also an effective ink stain remover. It is not only inexpensive, but it also does not require any additional ingredients to be effective.
Write over it with a dry erase marker. Wipe with a cloth and the permanent marker will come right off.
WD 40 or rubbing alchol with a magic eraser should do the trick.
