This simple table and chairs from IKEA can be made into a much more beautiful and lasting product with this quick chalkboard table tutorial.
We purchased this set of chairs and table at IKEA for around $20 - it's pretty solid. However, it seemed to get dirty easily (it's white!) so we decided to refinish it into a more classy item.
All you need are a few simple materials and you can finish this project in an afternoon! It is a project you can do with your children, and it makes a great addition to any playroom. All the details and a video tutorial can be found here:
