What is this plant?

Any Ideas what this is I picked it and planted it while walking the train tracks along the river in Pittsburgh Pa
Just another start. By the way when this plant is pulled it has a very strange smell something kinda like Pledge furniture polish.
It grows every where now and it gets little white flowers on it.

houttuynia - chameleon plant. fishy smell, can be invasive, very pretty tho. have seen it sold in garden centers
