$5 Purse Storage Solution

I was tired of having my purses fall all over themselves on a shelf and not being able to see all of them. So, I took advantage of some vertical space, and with just $5 made an easy purse storage solution! http://designbuildlove.co/5-purse-storage-organization/

Are those towel rods or window rods?

Either will work if the S-hooks will be large enough to fit over the rod and the purses will hang from the handles.

      Tension rods could also work...

You organized up! Great job. I would like to have that much room. :)

Great idea for moderately expensive purses! However, any of my purses that get moved around against each other on the shelf get 'worn' and look older sooner. Under normal circumstances, your purse is usually sitting down somewhere when you are actively using it, and the sides don't have to rub against something else. If your purses touch each other when hanging together, the leather / material will get 'rubbed' each time you change purses or rearrange anything that causes them to move. If you have cloth covers that come with expensive purses, I believe it would be preferable to cover them and place them separately on a shelf. I don't have many 'nice' purses, but I've heard others discussing how purses look aged too quickly and don't hold their shape when hanging or sitting against each other. Just an idea for thought ......
