Anna M.S. on Jun 16, 2016I've learned the hard way--poor results--to not order bulbs, etc., from out-of-state. If it is not sold in your local store garden centers, it's not compatible with your climate conditions. If you are looking for a ground cover in shade under our Florida oak trees, try the miniature jasmine-African jasmine was the name I saw at Home Depot.Helpful Reply

Debbie Stokes Cotter on Jun 16, 2016I live in North Florida in zone 9 and I have had hostas in many areas around my house. I do not put them in direst sun, but in partial shade if possible. they grow like weeds! I also saw in a plant catalog some hostas for hot areas. Google them!Helpful Reply
