Pesty ants

i have several hummingbird feeders outside and wonder if anyone has found a way to keep the ants from crawling all over them...

Mix 20 Mule Team Borax in water in a spray bottle and spray the tops. You'll have to do it after every rain storm until you break their feeding habits.
