Doom for Impatiens ~~ !!

WARNING !!! We are in the process of pulling up all our dying/dead Impatiens due to what is called a strain of Downy Mildew. We have planted Impatiens for over 30 years and always marveled at how impervious they were. Well "Not" any longer. I am posting this as a warning to all that plant Impatiens to be on the look-out. As a matter of fact, they have been banned in Europe! Our local nursery did fully refund us our over $300 for the failed plants and have stopped selling them all together.
