Dont Know a name of this plant

i saw this plant at a grduation party and the qwner said it was their when she moved in didnt get a picture but ill try to describe it best as i can it rew in a shape of a wreath lo to the ground look something like a vinca green cream colored leaves real tiny yellow flowers i hope some one come up with a name loved it

I can't think of anything based on this description. I recommend going to a large local nursery and asking one of their master gardeners to help you ID the plant. They hopefully sell the plant there, or can at least name it.

The leaves were variegated, green with cream?
