Door Unhinged?

This door is no longer sitting properly in the frame. Looks like I need to do something with the bottom hinge in order to re-align it. House is 26 years old.

Did you check the top hinge screws? Sometimes those loosen and cause the door to lean a bit.

If the top hinge screws aren't loose, then you can reccess the top hinge a bit further into the frame and the door. If that's not enough, remove the bottom hinge from the frame and slip a bit of card in and rescrew. Good Luck Dek
