There is a ton of good advice here on the HT site. It is typical to ask specific questions so the responses will be more targeted. Are you up for these projects as DIY...or are you going to hire out the work. Depending on the task, and your skill set. Each may have their own advantages.

thx, we get the keys tomorrow and i will have a better idea of what projects will need immediate attention, and what i can hold off on. i just basically wanted to say hello as i just signed up for the site, but will keep my questions more specific going forward. and ideally id like to DIY where possible
