My Handmade Farm Table Styled Pallet Desk That Cost a Whoppin' $3.

$3.00
Medium
I desired a desk in my downstairs office, but I didn't want something 'standard' this round.
So I ditched my big box variety, donated it to the thrift store and got to work.
Gathering up some pallet wood, a farmhouse table styled desk took shape. And boy is it BIG!
And all it cost me was $3.00 for new screws. You sure can't beat that.
Here's how I did it...
I nearly painted the top at first. I'm glad I didn't. Love the woodsy warm look!http://www.funkyjunkinteriors.net/2011/03/pallet-farm-table-desk-part-3-reveal.html

The framework was worked out so the desk had productive space underneath for the chair and rolling files.http://www.funkyjunkinteriors.net/2011/03/pallet-farm-table-desk-part-3-reveal.html

Naturally a little bit of repurposing had to come into play somewhere. :)http://www.funkyjunkinteriors.net/2011/03/pallet-farm-table-desk-part-3-reveal.html

I love your idea for the wooden ironing board. I inherited one from my mother in law after she passed away. I have a perfect spot to display all my plants. I will be moving it today and give it a new home in my entry way where the plants will get lots of sun. Thanks so much for the idea.
