Mix paint and water , that will make a piece of furniture weathered looking I.I is this true ?Donna again needing HELP

Donna, that does not sound accurate. Mixing water with paint will thin it, and too much will compromise it. I think the secret is in the brushing and wiping technique. Have you looked on YouTube for ideas?
