    My Bromelaids have very thin, dark green, straight up leaves. These wider, lighter leaves looks more like my Nesting Plant (though mine has curly-edged leaves), called this because the thick center looks like a plant a bird would love to 'nest in'. If the leaves start growing up & only a little 'out', the more sure I would be. Look them up.
